Alan Kohtz, SPHR

President

Alan's career reflects over 30 years of experience in the industries of distribution, transportation services, energy, agriculture, and business development. He has enhanced professional skills with additional training in the areas of leadership development, negotiations, computer business applications, finance, logistics/distribution, fossil fuels, regulatory compliance, human resources, business and ethical conduct, and conflict resolution.

Alan has served as the General Manager/CEO of companies with sales over $100 M in the states of Nebraska, Iowa, and Indiana. During his career Alan has been involved in mergers, acquisitions, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, alliances, and has served on many industry related Organization's Boards of Directors. Alan is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Hollon McKay

Hollon received her bachelor's degree in public relations in May 2008 from Auburn University in Auburn, AL. In 2009, she enrolled in Auburn University's communication and journalism master's program and graduated in early May 2011. In between her two degrees, Hollon worked in Montgomery, AL, at the Alabama Governor's Mansion as the Events and Education Specialist. She worked very closely with the First Lady and led fundraising efforts, organized events and wrote and coordinated print materials.

Hollon moved to Indianapolis in January 2011, and worked in the marketing and communication department of Ivy Tech Community College in its central office. Besides working with KoSource on special projects Hollon is also employed currently with a political campaign as the Communications Coordinator.
